In recent years, with the development of China’s private universities, the private universities have become an important group of the higher education system. And the private universities play an important role in relieving the strain on resources of universities, in promoting the national quality promotion. In particular, the private universities are able to let more students have an equal opportunity to higher education. While in the process of the development of private universities, there are also some tough problems because of the impact of their own subjective and objective conditions and constraints. Private universities teachers’ construction is the main problem. The existence of teachers team construction problems affect not only the quality of education and teaching in private universities, but also the private colleges social reputation, popularity and the future development. Therefore, this paper selected the construction of the contingent of teachers in private universities as the research subject, and discuss the construction of the contingent of teachers around the private universities, and focus on the problems of youth teachers team construction in private universities. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of young teachers in X school in the degrees of the young teachers’ ideological quality, professional quality training, training of personnel policy training, physical and mental ease and so on. put forward some suggestion for young teachers construction based on the characteristics of X school. That is, establishing X characteristics of college young teachers talent construction ideas to help auxiliary young teachers scientific positioning, and accurate grasp of the workplace role, and perfect all kinds of security mechanism characteristics of college young teachers construct the trapezoids young teacher talent mode and suggestions of reasonable structure.
