With the rapid development of higher education in the world, the process of China’s higher education and development, has entered the stage of popularization, a new school running mode of independent college is produced in the new era. The independent college is not only to promote the process of popularization of higher education, but also a type of higher education in China at present. As an important subject of running a school of independent college, young teachers’ construction is a powerful measure to improve teaching quality, enhance independent college scientific research level, and enhance the school reputation. As an independent school of management, we must have a correct understanding to the importance of the construction of young teachers, in order to make the independent institute continued to "healthy" development, the key is to should establish a team of faculty with reasonable structure, scientific research ability, high professional standards, moral quality is good, the work of a serious and responsible for the group of young teachers.Based on the comb system on the basis of relevant theories, to the independent college young teachers as the research object, carries on the discussion on how to build a team of young teachers; by adopting the method of combining theory with practice, through the analysis of references, and expert interviews and questionnaire design, in view of the independent institute exists in the young teachers team structure, level of education and teaching and the ability of scientific research, personnel flow, psychological pressure and other issues, to explore the causes of the problems, aiming at these problems, from the independent college young teachers team construction concept setting, teacher recruitment, training, assessment, salary five aspects to propose the youth teachers team construction ideas, from creating a national policy formulation, the input of capital and the working environment of the three aspects of the development of the safeguard measures. Finally, this paper aims to study can provide effective suggestions on the construction of young teachers in Independent Colleges in Shaanxi province.
