Study On Student's Community Management Model In Higher Schools Of Guangdong Province

With the continuous development of modern education concept,the practice of logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities as well as the popularization of higher education expansion,college student co mmunity management become a new hot topic.The traditional mainland universities,which in order to satisfy the demands of students' physical life as the main management pattern,already can not adapt to the requirements of the present.The colleges and universities need to explore a new management mode.In contrast,the colleges and universities of Hong Kong,the United States,Germany and other is mode earlier and more mature in the establishment of student community management.In this background,this paper focus on students' college community management mode in Guangdong.Through the actual visiting,the author understands the three kinds of advanced level of student community management mode that scholars generally referred,the traditional management mode,socialized property management mode and the system management mode,are present in the institutes of higher learning in Guangdong province.Shantou university,Zhaoqing university takes the lead in the practice exploration of academy system manageme nt mode,which is at the front rank of the institutes of higher learning in Guangdong.On this basis,the author further carry on the questionnaire survey for four typical of college undergraduate student in Guangdong,to understand the current situation of college students' community management mode,and found that there are college student community management mode is comparatively backward management consciousness,the lack of students' autonomous management concept,management structure is imperfect causes departments responsibility is not clear and personnel quality isnot high,and the lack of communication and coordination in terms of operational mechanism of flow channel and so on.After that,college student community management model of Hong Kong can be summed up as multiple participation and student autonomy;the American model can be summed up as students' development of and public welfare nature;the German model can be summed up as independent emphasizes the of service quality.O n the basis of the advanced experience,in view of the problems,this paper proposed targeted and maneuverability strong advice from the thought idea,idea renewal,personnel structure and operation mechanism and so on.
