Brief Talking About The Innovation Pattern Of Student Community In Higher Education Campus

Student community is a special modality in the concept of coummnity.It become a new education pattern by the evolation of extracurricular learning and depend on reformed and developed higher education as the mordon social education and cultrue develop highly. Some features belongs to student community, similarity, groupment, participation, supersedure and distinction. Student community in the West pay attention on train students humanistic siprits,standar management and market operation.However,the ideas of student community is developing at univertities in our country.They using construct the Communist Party and construct Communist Youth League to drive the management pattern of student community, buiding up student comminity counsellor team, ecouraging students take part in management and services work at university. Nevertheless, the pattern still be explored and innovated in some aspact with political affair stongly.Using to drive the construct the Communist Party at student community in Shaoguan Univercity as the sample. The pattern has been a long-term, large-extend, good-affact campus caltrual project through building the Communist Party in student community to drive the community safe and good. Otherwise, it builded a student community counsellor team. The counsellor company students 24 H, eating with students,living with students and learning with students, focusing on push the Communist Party builded and keep community harmonious. The dissertation researching the Communist Party established, student community counsellor team established, institution eastablished, functions eastablished, four aspects in Shaoguan Universit since the pattern has been implemented by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The result show us that building Communist Party in student counity has possitive aspect and here will offer some solutions. Hope to make some active affact to drive the development of the new pattern.
