The research teams of colleges and universities have become the main force to undertake various kinds of scientific research projects in the country,which gather rich scientific research resources and have great strength in scientific research.With the development and integration of modern science,university experts and academic backbone generally carry out scientific research work in the form of scientific research team after undertaking various research projects,and the team members are high-quality human capital,which have the unique characteristics of human capital.After the establishment of scientific research team,the leader of the research team entrusts specific research projects to each team member to form a principal-agent relationship.Because the research team leader has not paid enough attention to the human capital characteristics of university research team members,who failed to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific research team members,and there are series of problems,such as the personal goals of research team members and the team goal conflict,research team members are fragmented,lack of identification and willingness to cooperate,resulting in difficult and inefficient completion of university research projects and low efficiency use of financial research funds.Based on this,this paper makes a theoretical review and consolidation about the principal-agent theory,human capital theory,profit sharing theory and agent behavior theory,and reviews current governance research team of domestic and foreign universities.Then this paper analyzes the human capital characteristics of scientific research team and the team members in colleges and universities from the perspective of human capital in-depth.On this basis,this paper designs mathematical model to find the influence factors of research motivation of scientific research team members in universities and colleges,including ability of agent,profit share and the human capital investment research team enjoyed the share of profits before the agent enter team,which combines with the use of principal-agent theory,human capital theory,profit sharing theory and agent theory.After exploring research motivation influence factors of scientific research team members,the paper studies the agents involved in the share of profit sharing arrangements using economic research methods,points out that when the principal and agent negotiation to reach equilibrium conditions,the principal can arouse the research motivation of the scientific research,promote the successful realization of the scientific research goal and improve the efficiency of the use of financial research funds.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of salary incentive,organization and spiritual incentive.
