The Research Of Interdisciplinary Team Growth Mechanism In University From The Perspective Of Organizational Ecology

The establishment of interdisciplinary teams, research institutes and research centers have become one of the important measures for universities to improve scientific research level and to build a first-class university。Interdisciplinary team first was born in 1988 with an annual output of Stanford University, an interdisciplinary team from the date incurred has gradually become the main form of interdisciplinary research organization with the university, and interdisciplinary research organization provides support for interdisciplinary research team also gradually diversified, but the relative lack of interdisciplinary teams research organization ecological analysis.His paper focuses on the development mechanism of interdisciplinary team, based on the perspective of organizational ecology.The overall structure is based on the theory to the reality, from the general theory to the actual logical sequence. First of all, the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the literature review and summary of the research, so that readers of the background and research value of this paper has an overall understanding and understanding. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, the ecological characteristics and life cycle of interdisciplinary teams in universities are analyzed, and the growth process of interdisciplinary teams is analyzed and summarized from the micro to macro view. Again,based on the theory of organizational ecology, interdisciplinary team growth model of the influencing factors is established, growth mechanism model of interdisciplinary team construction, and the use of Netlogo software on the impact of the growth of three level factors simulation analysis. Finally by the theory of extended to summary of the actual situation, further understanding of the University of cross disciplinary team development for the reality of the situation, and according to the problems found to explore solutions.Internal factors found in this study play and interdisciplinary team at stage of resource related factors in the early stage of interdisciplinary team development is significant, with growing ability factor becomes the key to the development; and for the construction of the platform of interdisciplinary team to take "the relative concentration of" principle, in the reasonable range achieve each team’s research optimal efficiency;finally to a comprehensive and dynamic perspective to see the influence of the macro environment, timely adjustment of development strategy, in an environment conducive to long-term growth and progress.
