Along with the promulgation of "Instruction Summary for Kindergarten Education (implementation)" in 2001, a new round of kindergarten curriculum reform was launched national wide, in which improving the pre-school education quality has been the core duty. Language education is an important component of the kindergarten curriculum, the sound study of language education's effectiveness in Kindergarten is significant for the reform of kindergarten curriculum in depth, as well as for the improvement of language education quality and the promotion of healthy growing of children in kindergarten.With such method as on-site class observation by recording the self-compiled "Observation Table for Kindergarten Language Education's effectiveness", the existing problems in present language education in kindergarten were observed and analyzed from two aspects:the teacher's teaching and the children's learning. And based on thought and practice experience some more operational and the feasible suggestions were brought up for enhancing the effectiveness of the language education in kindergarten. Observation indicated the flowing problems existing in current kindergarten's language education:the deviation of activity goal, insufficiency of scientificity, too difficult content for students' level of development, interesting in activity but weak in goals, and the some weakness of teachers' understanding of the content, etc. In view of these problems, this paper expounded the countermeasures for the improvement of effectiveness in language education in kindergarten form aspects as choosing suitable content, setting appropriate language activity goal, helping enrich children's language experience in many ways, scientifically organizing the language activity, and strengthening the teachers'language quality and teaching skills.
