The new curriculum reform proposed to improve the effectiveness of chemistry teaching in classroom which not only requires teachers to think about the factors that affect the teaching effective, but also find out the appropriate countermeasures to these affects. The classroom observation is a special technique developed from the general observation. It is an activity which means the researcher (observer) collect information and data directly (or indirectly) by their senses (such as the eyes, ears, etc.) and auxiliary tools (observation, audio, video, etc.), then seek method to improve learning effects in classroom and teachers’ professional development based on analysis and research.In this study, chemistry teachers classroom observation as the starting point, the following study:in the lessons beforeBased on the research achievements of the people, classroom observation theory are summarized, and the concept of chemistry classroom observation is defined, the chemical classroom observation characteristics are summarized, discusses the purpose and significance of the research. Through the six dimension, establish effective teaching classroom observation framework. Through the case analysis how to pass is the utilization of chemical classroom observation to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, classroom observation can perform diagnostic, help teachers defect correction of classroom teaching, in order to improve the effectiveness of chemistry classroom teaching; can also for teachers to carry out such as "observation with the heterogeneous class" class, let the other teachers observation, analysis, research and teaching, they reflect different learning methods, in order to achieve a common purpose to improve; can also carry out the "lesson", demonstration effect on other teachers, so that other teachers teaching concept, teaching behavior change, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching of chemistry. The research before and after test, the experimental class of students’ interest in learning, learning attitude, learning self-confidence, initiative in learning and teachers were performed before and after questionnaire and experiments related to the academic performance of students were compared and analyzed.We found out that classroom observation can help teachers to find better teaching strategies by adjusting teaching structure and the focal point of teaching. Meanwhile classroom observation helps us to get accurate understanding of the students’ actual level, and then to strengthen interact communication of teachers and students, thereby increasing the effectiveness of chemistry classroom teaching.
