Secondary vocational education is an indispensable part of education.It has been paid attention to by the national level.However,due to the continuous warming of university admissions,the secondary vocational schools face the status quo of the quality of students' School moral education has become the focus of the difficulties: moral education goals can not be highlighted,moral education work is not obvious.In order to achieve the goal of moral education,it is the starting point of this thesis to explore the deep-seated reasons for the lack of moral education and the improvement of moral education work.This thesis uses the classroom observation method,through the Weihai Aquatic School moral education curriculum teaching five dimensions of the status quo and teachers in the teaching process of the problems presented and summarized.At the same time,we designed the interview outline,through the Weihai Aquatic School moral education teachers,students interviews to understand the current vocational school moral education classroom teaching problems and the status quo.The study of the effectiveness of the teaching of moral education in secondary vocational education can summarize the law that should be followed in the teaching of moral education in middle vocational school,that is,the law of interdependence between teaching and learning,the theory of theory and practice,and the guiding ideology of middle school moral education classroom teaching.Adhere to the teaching ideas of "Student as the main body,teacher-oriented,and promote the comprehensive development of students".In order to better understand the effectiveness of secondary school moral education classroom teaching and improve its effectiveness,this thesis based on the theory of acceptance of vocational education in the classroom teaching effectiveness of the status quo observation statistics,and the target dimension,content dimension.The implementation dimension,the evaluation dimension and the resource dimension are analyzed,and the detailed statistics of the five dimensions are carried out through the classroom observation,and the problem of the effectiveness of the present moral education classroom teaching is found,that is,the teaching goal is not specific enough,the teaching content is separated Practice,lack of practice in teaching practice,lack of teaching evaluation orientation,lack of teaching resources recommended,and through the social environment,family,school and students themselves four factors for analysis.In order to solve the problem of lack of effectiveness in the current middle school moral education teachers,this thesis puts forward the following countermeasures: first of all,the teaching objectives are embodied,which is divided into rule of law consciousness: behavior norm and legal education implementation;responsibility consciousness: personality improvement and adult education implementation;Ethics: the implementation of love and music and professional ethics education;key competencies: entrepreneurial capacity and social adaptability.Second,the teaching content of life can be divided into: from a macro point of view,moral content needs to be the times;from a micro perspective,the moral content of the design to be detailed.The third is from the three aspects of the practicality of the teaching content,the diversity of teaching methods and the innovativeness of teaching methods,diversification of middle school moral education classrooms is diversified..The fourth is the teaching evaluation of diversification.The fifth is the integration of teaching resources is divided into: broaden the concept of moral education curriculum resources;full development and utilization of local vocational education curriculum resources;flexible use of secondary vocational education materials,to fully demonstrate its value in moral education curriculum resources.
