Currently, numerous articles about the cultivation of creativity discuss mainly about the external environment of creativity cultivation. These articles focus on the impact of nonintellectual factors on the development of creativity, but dodge the logic and development regularity of creativity. Therefore, creativity passes like a 'ghost' through the brain, leaving nothing can be seen, touched and understood. This research, primarily based on the research of brain science, proposes floating chain reconstruction effect theory which emphasizes the new-created concepts formed by disintegration and reorganization of the concepts of the original objects in human brains (the conceptual structure built by message blocks provided by a number of neurons), i.e. the generating of creativity is related to the continuous changes in chains between neurons. In Chapter two, in order to clearly present the track of creativity cultivation in classroom teaching, with the further extending of floating chain reconstruction effect theory, this research has proposed viewpoints and some specific training methods with regard to eight aspects in creativity cultivation in art classes. In Chapter three, aiming at the possible problems in art teaching, this research provides some models of creativity cultivation in artistic design, artistic appreciation, artistic creation, artistic integrative activities and clay sculpture classes. In a word, this study further proves that art education has irreplaceable function of intellectual education. Here we propose clearly the view that effective art classroom education is beneficial to the creativity cultivation of students, which will bring more visual experience and higher creativity level to the students living in the metropolis of Shanghai.
