Study Of Educational Administration Of City College Of DUT

With the diversification of social demand for talants and the changes of employment situation, different universities have different training orientations and distinctive training models. Educational administration, which plays an important role in implementing college training model, should be in conformity with college development and its training objective.This paper, choosing City College of Dalian University of Technology as study object, by integrated use of such management discipline philosophies as human resources management, organizational behavior, management communication and project management, intends to take a combination of horizontal and vertical approach to explore ways of reforming educational administration mode. Horizontal approach starts from educational administration elements, namely system management, team management, and information system management, combining the actual situation of college; vertical approach analyzes the main functions of educational administration, namely teaching operation management, enrollment management, and test management, in order to explore methods of improving educational administration.The main studies are as follows:First, analyze the current training model of City College of Dalian University of Technology to make clear its management needs. Second, analyze the current internal and external resources and situations of educational administration of this college to find inadequacies. Last, in view of such situations as the big demand for educational administration, limited administration personnel, and management information system can not match the actual needs, improve educational management functions by strengthening the system construction, team management, and information system management. It has practical significance for implementing the training model of City College of Dalian University of Technology and improving the educational administration work of the college.
