In the backgrounds of information age, conducting the college educational technology training is very important. It can foster the integration of college teaching and information technology.Based on the program of college teachers ’educational training of South West University, this article investigates the present situation of college educational technology,inquire about what’s demands in the college educational technology training deeply. And unites the demands of college teachers with the theory of Blended Learning, especially the main factors, designs the model of blended training.The model includes four key elements,such as training environments,training resources, training activity,training task and so on.And then designs a blended training plan according to the model and puts it into effect,the experiment proves that it promotes the process of college teachers’ training,and improve the college teachers’ educational technology skills.
