With a rapid development of information technique applications in educational domains, improving teacher's modern education technological level in a university or college has become an urgent task. The teachers' modem educational technique is basic technique to the teachers of the university or college. On the one hand, it's essential for the teachers to furnish teaching in information age; On the other hand, it's also an important device for promoting the education reform and education information.In the beginning of the 1990s, multimedia teaching methods in China's vigorous development of education and technical training set off the climax, but with the application of in-depth technical education, training slowly into the bottom, the effect is not ideal. A case was constructed based on the strategy of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences of the training of school-based framework, and co-operate with the modern education technology centre within the framework of this system for the concrete implementation. Finally, in-depth investigation on the basis of the implementation of the specific results were analyzed and summarized.This study feature case studies, practical tests carried out by summing up the strategy and extract the method of universal significance for similar University, training institutions.
