Research On Ordinary Middle School Sports Examinee's Studies And Training Present Situation And Strategies In Anhui

The number of sports candidates has been increasing year by year, which reserves a large population as human resources in sports field. It will not only satisfy the demands that our society needs, also bring the promising future for the sports industry. However, the government in charge of education management meets the disturbing problem at the same time how to design and ordinate the study forms of sports candidates. After the communication with some sports candidates and their teachers, it indicates that there exists several problems in some level about the quality of sports candidates,daily management,capacity of the teachers,training mode and facilities, which lead to their cultural study and training not reasonably and properly. That means sports candidates can not get ideal grades which will directly influence the quality of the college entrance examination.It is a real problem disturbing the high school,family and the society that how to properly teach and manage the cultural study and training of the sports candidates in Anhui Province.This paper focused on the study circumstance of the sports candidates in Anhui Province, analyzed the problems and causes that sports candidates meet during their cultural study and training period. Meanwhile, it gave some correspondent suggestions, which willing to improve the cultural quality and sports capacity. This will guarantee the quality of sports candidates and provide the more splendid elites for the college.In this paper, several researching methods have been used, such as literature data, questionnaire, interviewing and mathematical statistics. A detailed survey has been made about the cultural section grades, sports training, lecturer and site equipments. There are several conclusions as following:1.The main factor influencing the recruitment quality of college entrance examination is a unbalanced phenomenon between sports scores and cultural grades.2.The scores of sports candidates are lower than other students.3. There exists a problem in sports training of the common sports candidates in Anhui Province. The Phenomena like unreasonable methods of sports training, not enough training time, unreasonable training plan needs improving.4.Sports candidates in Anhui Province haven't achieved good effects after their training period owing to the weakness of their cultural basement, unreasonable treatment for the relationship between training and study with indefinit goals.5,There are several factors that influenced the sports scores of the sports candidates as following:the level of the younger teacher's diplomacy is very low, who are green hands in training.6.The sports candidates are not taken care by the school leaders.The facultieainiings for sports training can't meets the demand of sports candidates. Factors above in some extent influence the training results.
