Time Management disposition is individual's psychological and behavioral characteristic in the Way of time using, it is a multi-dimensional and multilevel structure with the dynamic personality characteristics. At present, most of the studies are in the descriptive level study, very few of them are in intervention studies, and little research are on middle school students. It has been proved that time management and people's psychological tendency have close relation to stress, mental health, academic achievement, quality of life, while time management is inclined to interfere, therefore, the main purpose of this study is to explore a suitable time for management of domestic students tend to use the intervention program based on the data that the investigation of time management tend to provide intervention programs at home and abroad.The first research, through the " Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale "and "The Academic Procrastination Inventory For Middle School Students " conduct a survey of time management of three grades of the two junior high school in Shanxi Province, total of 450 junior high school students; the second research use self time management intervention programs tend to intervene in the experimental class, from two no- difference classes of the selected 24 students with poor time management dispositions as the experimental classes and control classes, a total of eight weeks twelve hours of group counseling.Conclusions are as follows:1.The Time Management disposition and delays of junior high school students are in the middle school level.2. The students of different gender in time management disposition and academic procrastination disposition were significantly different, the girls scores were better than boys.3. The students of different grades in time management disposition and academic procrastination disposition were significantly different, the first grade students scored the highest while the third grade students scored the lowest.4. Only Child of the students in time management disposition and academic procrastination disposition have no difference with non-child.5. The time management disposition and academic procrastination of junior high school students were significantly related.6. Experimental group and control group were significantly different. Compared with the previous intervention, the experimental group of students time management disposition tend to have been significantly improved, while the control group had no significant change.7. Time Management disposition is an effective intervention programs, having some promotional value.Conclusion:On improving the management disposition of junior high school students, the intervention programs of self time management disposition tend to be a significant effect, and the effect is positive.
