Looking at past research we will find that there are widespread academic delays in the learning life of junior high school students.Not only does it affect the improvement of their learning efficiency,but negative emotions caused by academic delay also have a serious impact on the daily life of junior high school students.By investigating the status quo of academic procrastination,time management tendency and anxiety of junior high school students,and analyzing the relationship among academic procrastination,time management tendency and anxiety.According to this,then putting forward some suggestions on reducing academic procrastination and a number of countermeasures of practical educational.By using the middle school students' academic procrastination questionnaire,adolescent time management disposition scale and self-rating anxiety scale,I measure 700 middle school students in Kaifeng city.Firstly,the subjects were tested by questionnaire to understand the characteristics of junior high school students' academic procrastination,time management tendency and anxiety.Secondly,t-test,F-test and correlation analysis were used to deal with the data of academic procrastination,time management tendency and anxiety of junior high school students,and the differences of demographic variables and the relationship between variables were analyzed.Then the data of academic procrastination,time management tendency and anxiety are processed by regression analysis,and the influence of academic procrastination as an intermediate variable on the relationship between time management tendency and anxiety is analyzed.Finally,the paper discusses the current situation of junior high school students in various variables and their relationship with each other,And evaluate the mediating effect of academic procrastination on the influence of time management tendency on anxiety.At the same time,putting forward the appropriate views on the education countermeasures of junior high school students.The findings are as follows:First,junior high school students generally exist academic delay,but the degree of delay is not high.Second,Junior high school students of different genders showed significant differences in academic delays,delayed completions,and delayed remedies.That is,male students' academic delays were significantly higher than female students;There were significant differences in academic procrastination and its dimensions among junior middle school students in different grades.Students who did not serve as class cadres had significantly higher academic delay and scores in different dimensions than those who served as class cadres.Thirdly,there is a significant negative correlation between academic procrastination and time management tendency of junior middle school students.There was a significant and positive correlation between academic delay,delayed planning,delayed completion,delayed remediation,delayed summary and anxiety.In other words,the higher the degree of academic procrastination,the higher the anxiety experienced,and vice versa.Fourth,There is significantly negatively correlated during time management tendency,time value perception,time monitoring,time efficiency and anxiety.That is to say,junior high school students with high time management ability will experience less anxiety.Fifth,Academic delays play a partial mediation role in the process of time management bias affecting anxiety.That is,after joining the study delay,the direct influence is indirect effect.
