Analysis On Function Transformation Of Sports Administration In Wuhan Under"the Plans Of Governing The Mediocre"

By the method of document consultation, expert interview and observational method, the thesis discusses conditions before and after the performance of functions of sports administration in Wuhan from the angle of "the plans of governing the mediocre", and separate analyses the conditions in the performance of functions of sports administration in Wuhan before and after "the plans of governing the mediocre".
