Physics is the most closed and linked to people's life as a basis for the natural sciences. Junior high school students learn basic physics; the first work is to accurately grasping and understanding of basic concepts. The physical concept is throughout the whole high school physics learning. Understanding of the concept of high school physics will generate a direct impact on the quality control of physical. With the improving of the course reform, there are new adjustments in the course content, course features, course structure, learning methods, assessment and examination system, it is Significantly different with the traditional way. The current status of students learning physics concepts are investigated according to the status of teaching of physical concepts in this thesis.This thesis uses research method, Author survey in Xinxiang NO.10 Middle School, The Affiliated Middle School of Henan Normal University and Guguzhai town school, which are Junior high and secondary school. 560 questionnaires were distributed and 462 were taken back. The statistical analysis was carried through in three aspects, which are learning attitude, learning interesting and learning method in physical concept in order to reveal current situation of students'learning of physical concept in the Junior high school. Consequence:1. Junior high school students paid no attention to the role of physical concept in physics and had a wrong cognition to physical concept. The students'psychological attitude is positive in learning physical concept, but they are not show enthusiasm in actual learning activities.2. The students'indirect interest of learning physical concept is more than the direct interest. They just interest in understanding the phenomenon, but not further interest in learning physical concepts.3. The methods of before-class and after-class are not science in learning physical concepts; nevertheless the methods of learning physics concept in class are recognized.4. The implementations are not ideal about students'Self-regulated learning and inquiry learning method in learning physical concept.
