The theme of reform contemporary is to emphasize the teaching of students in independent study and research ability. It is the traditional teacher-centered teaching of a "revolution." The reform of teaching methods,which provide to each student equal learning opportunities, to understand the basic process of scientific inquiry and method, and gradually form a scientific inquiry, and cooperation spirit and social responsibility,is New Curriculum. So nearly 10 years, independent learning ability of China's education sector has become a hot topic, this is not accidental, but there are practical reasons beyond their education and theoretical basis. Currently on the general theory and practice of self-learning research more, but for high school students self-learning ability to develop the discipline of history has been less research. This article focuses on characteristics of subjects with history, history of high school subjects to cultivate self-learning ability.
