The class is an important place where all kinds of abilities are trained. The head-teacher is one of the most important leaders in the progress of students'growth, maybe he is the most important. In Kun Shan , there are 28 Secondary schools. But of them,21 schools are in the rural areas. In addition, with the development of global economics and export-oriented economy, the managers of the classes, head-teachers are facing more and more challenges and impacts when they are in charge of their classes. For example ,the impact of national multiculturalism is arising with the development global economics, the impact of the pluralistic values is caused by the market economy and the impact of the divers ideology is brought by the Internet by which minors are affected. Gradually the pure soul is eroded by money worship , hedonism and individualism. For a long time the books are the carrier of the moral education in rural schools . And the moral education is limited in the schools. Management philosophy is lagging and the management methods are simple, which influence the effective of class management. Facing the difficulties, how do we urge the students to mature actively and improve effective of the class management in junior schools in rural areas. In the article , combining with the rich experience in managing classes , the author analyses the characters of students and special nature of rural schools in Kun Shan.. Besides , the author analyzes the problem and causes of the class management. Focusing the problems , the author proposes many strategies and suggestions in achieving the reasonable and scientific class management in rural schools, which are from the experience in drafting the rules in class, the choice of the cadres, construction of the class culture and communication between family and school.
