In recent years, the education management of informal groups gradually attracted people’s attention. At present, it has important significance to research the class management of the informal groups in rural junior school. It can not only cultivate students’ self-management capabilities of informal groups, but also improve the cognitive level of education and management strategies.Informal group students are small groups of students that formed because of common benefit and interests, blood and classmate relationship, and relatives. There are many types of informal groups in rural junior middle school. Educators should lead these informal groups reasonably. By leading, active informal groups can drive the whole class to form a good studying atmosphere, and the negative informal groups can develop to class construction direction.As for rural junior school head teachers, non-classroom teachers and schools, the following problems exist in the management of informal groups: the lack of consciousness of legal responsibility, the lack of educational service awareness, not good division of labor and cooperation, ability of systematical management need to improve, more effective communication and reasonable view of performance evaluation,etc.To solve the above problems, head teachers should use the following strategies to educate the rural class informal groups in accordance with the principle of gradual progress: flexible use of dialectical therapy, legal management, the multiple quality evaluation, group work, close cooperation with non-classroom teachers, the cooperation with parents and communities, the combination of collective education and individual education. By using the strategies of appreciative education according to teaching experience and the strategies of cooperation with colleagues, teachers should educate and manage the rural class informal groups in accordance with the principle of respect and love. To manage the rural class informal groups, the following strategies should be used based on the educational concept concerning developing all-sided students:strengthening teachers’ training, creating academic atmosphere in the campus, perfect student’s Management System and improvement of the school space environment.
