Class management in rural middle schools has been always troubling rural educators.It is still an important task for every teacher to master the skills of class management,live in harmony with students,motivate students' efforts and finally cultivate students' all-round development.However,due to the relatively backward rural education,students are more and more difficult to be managed,and class problems emerge in endlessly,and accordingly,class management has become a reluctant job for teachers,therefore,rural class management has become an important problem in the school.There are a lot of literature on class management,but how to let students go into the heart of teachers is difficult from perspective of student spirit,and scholars need to continue in-depth research according to the actual situation.The author consulted a large number of materials to absorb relevant research results at home and abroad,used the literature method,questionnaire method and classroom observation method mainly for research,selected the students from S Middle School of Qianxi County,Tangshan City,Hebei Province the research objects and analyzed the current situation of rural class management through questionnaire data analysis,classroom observation and practical experience.The existing problems are as follows: teachers are backward in concept and lack of ability;Teachers have no real love for students;Communication among teachers,students and parents is not really effective;Students are lazy in learning;External support from schools and parents is insufficient.In order to solve these problems,the author puts forward the method of individualized class management,that is,use “love” to achieve the soul integration with students,understand and tolerate the shortcomings of students,guide students to be mentally strong.Wherein individualized class management fully embodies the characteristics of caring for students,communication,self-discipline,creativity and happiness,which is guided by motivation theory,psychological theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Sukhomlinskii's education theory.Aiming at the problems existed in class management,the author finds solutions combined with the actual situation: Teachers and students should learn to reflect and read,and teachers should use the education of love and combine with effective communication to stimulate the students' fighting spirit to overcome difficulties and study hard,besides,parents should participate in the process and school should formulate guaranteed system to jointly cultivate the students.Finally,the research method is proved to be feasible through analysis of educational cases.
