Class is an integral part of the school,and class management is the composition of the cell,so the quality of class management directly affects the overall level of school management.The traditional classroom management especially in class management in rural middle school,is the starting point and end point,in the process that students passively perform tasks and obey the command,the students lack of democratic decision-making,the lack of class management between the atmosphere and full of vigour when a lot of students,teachers and students can live in harmony,democratic management of classes is not ideal.By collecting and combing the literature,a junior high school in Zhuolu County of Hebei Province as a sample,using questionnaire and interview survey,through the study of the current rural junior high school class management status,problems and causes,and the important factors that hinder the democratic management of classes of democratic management in the analysis of the obstacles and find effective ways for class.The feasibility of implementing democratic management.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,describes the background of the topic,the main ideas of the research and the domestic literature review.The second part of the junior high school in a village in Zhuolu County of Hebei Province as an example to analyze and investigate the situation of democratic management of classes in rural junior high school,through the data statistics and summary of the questionnaire and interview results,reveal the existence of democratic management problems in rural junior middle school class.The third part through the questionnaire data statistics summarize the reasons of the problems of democratic management in rural junior middle school in the class,from the perspective of school factors,family factors internal factors,participate in democratic management of classes of junior high school students.The fourth part of the combination of the above for Hebei Zhuolu County Rural Middle School class democratic management problem analysis,from strengthening the rural campus,class construction,create a democratic atmosphere;democratic management thought and scientific management system,to enhance students' democratic accomplishment;class work to fully detailed aspects,put forward specific suggestions.
