The new curriculum reform has been implemented for many years, and the new teaching materials have also been in total use in the moral education lesson of Junior. Overall, the class teaching reform never stops its steps to the ideas and directions of the new curriculum. And of course, it has already achieved substantive development. However, more attention is being paid to the forms in class and the class teaching is becoming more and more ineffective because some teachers can't understand the ideas of new curriculum totally and are in lack of necessary experience and abilities. The mentioned phenomenon has become the biggest challenge to the class teaching reform. Therefore, to improve the effectiveness of the class teaching is both the key point and basic need to deepen the new curriculum reform.On the basic of the scientific meaning of the effective teaching, this article analyses the state and reasons of the effectiveness in the Junior moral lesson. It also presents some good ways to the effective teaching by the following four points: Master the system of the teaching materials correctly and definitude the teaching aims; Organize the teaching activities scientifically and regulate the teaching processing; Lead the self-study actively and improve the studying abilities; Evaluate the teaching effectiveness properly and offer the teaching feedbacks in time. Its aim is to provide advice of improving the effectiveness in Junior ME lesson and promote the common development of teachers and students.
