The new curriculum reform is fully implement the party’s education policy, it is as the core withpromoting quality education, it has been carried out actively in the nation, it has received preliminaryresults. The new curriculum reform is different from the previous minor repairs, it is a comprehensivereform of the system, content involves the course objectives, structure, standard, management, evaluation,and materials development and management, the teaching process, the teachers of education and training,curriculum organization and implementation. Its purpose is going through reform and gradually change thecourse with too much focus on imparting knowledge, ignoring the culture phenomenon of student learning,emotion, habits, values, it changes teachers situation on the class, students with passively learning,learning by traditional remember, mechanical training, it requires in the process of teaching for the studentsas the main situation on the class, emphasizing the initiative for the students enthusiasm for learning, tochange a single rigid with selection function evaluation methods and evaluation of diversificationdevelopment of flexible manner. finally, it will improve the quality of teaching, it also promote the basicknowledge and basic skills and moral quality, innovative spirit, aesthetic, practical ability all-rounddevelopment of students. enhancing the effectiveness of teaching is required to fit the new curriculumstandard, it promotes the new curriculum reform has an important role in.The middle school stage is the key period for the students’ on the world outlook, outlook on life,values formation. especially for high school students in science classes, after apart subjects they learn toomuch emphasis on the knowledge of natural science, it is easy to ignore the humanities education learning.The ideological and political education is not only shouldering the cultivating their correct politicaldirection, but also plays the instruction of politics, economy, culture and other social scientific knowledgeof their basic social field and cultivate their philosophical way of thinking task. so the thought politicallesson of high school in science classes should not be weak, but more it should be strengthen. In this paper,with the new curriculum standards as a guide, with domestic and foreign articles that the outstandingresearch achievements of effective teaching for reference, it based on the two aspects of the curriculum andteaching of high school political lesson, how to change the idea of science class teaching in curriculumimplementation effective teaching and learning strategy, effectively achieve the specific teaching targets.Specifically speaking, in the paper, on the basic connotation of teaching effectiveness of teachingeffectiveness and science classes in high school ideological and political course,firstly to think about itfrom the research situation, the new curriculum standard measures, standards, requirements and theirpractical experience. then showing the current situation which are lack of effectiveness in the high schoolideological and political course teaching in science classes, for the present situation analysis of the causesleading to this situation. Finally, according to the relevant research results of the effectiveness of teachingand the new curriculum standards, it targeted to explore the effective science class in high school politicalcourse teaching strategy, these strategies involve the importance of school leadership guidance, politicalteachers’ effective teaching, it also including students, society and family with together for work.The study on constructing effective teaching environment, have a role and reference value to improve effectiveness ofhigh school ideological and political courses in science class teaching.
