Curriculum reform, so that teachers teaching philosophy, teaching methods, a series of changes have taken place, so that art form of the teaching and learning has become richer. In the meantime, Class Evaluation activities over time, also produces some of the following phenomena: the screening, selection, and the purpose of awards, was too strong; Class Evaluation formalism serious; Art evaluating criteria of the development did not keep pace with the development of art teaching; art class The evaluation criteria and other subjects are the same as evaluating criteria, not have their own characteristics of the subject and so on.In this paper, in the end what would be a more objective evaluation criteria of practical arts subjects for research. Sought to find a suitable art subject its own characteristics evaluation criteria. By evaluating criteria in many different study found that: These evaluation criteria focus of the evaluation was different, but they always have a common pursuit, and that is "effective teaching" - that is, look forward to get the best in the classroom effectiveness of teaching. The only problem that people in different periods of "effective teaching" understanding and knowledge of different, different ages, different stages of development of education, people to the "effective teaching" is defined in the content differs from mine. Based on this, this article is to try from the "effective teaching" perspective, to examine the phenomenon of art subject in the Class Evaluation and its related reference standards.Class Evaluation Based on the realities and practical considerations, this paper, the sight of Class Evaluation placed an art class, that is, the "single art class" as the object of study to formulate the principles of evaluation of the primary school art class, try to designed from the 'effective teaching' point of view of elementary school art lesson evaluation of a single reference standard, trying to make a breakthrough in the class evaluating the status quo.The evaluating criteria based on "art curriculum standards" in accordance with art learning activities in ways to divide the four fields of study, namely, "modeling ? performance", "Design ? Applications", and "? Review" and "comprehensive ? Explore" as the Class Evaluation foothold for Class Evaluation. From the "character description", "focused on evaluation of teaching content," "classroom ecology," and "personal accomplishment" and "no student section features children's art heart," five dimensions as the reference class evaluating elements of evaluation. The "evaluation of reference standards" seeks to highlight the characteristics of fine arts disciplines, in order to build a class evaluating teachers, the system can exchange words.
