The Art Of Conversation In Reasoning Education

Educator Sukhomlinski said that Education is the human soul in the most delicate touch. As a head teacher, one may face many unexpected new situations and new problems every day. Especially when students make mistakes, teacher should pay attention to cool thinking and meticulous research to find the best way to solve the problem. Teacher-student relationship is essentially the relationship between people. In other words, it is about whether communication between people is smooth and effective. Head teachers must be both objective and fair. They mustn't hurt the feelings of students, but also be accepted happily by students. This requires them to master the art of communication. Their solution may have the unintended effects. Communicating with students is an important part among the duties of the head teacher. Communication is an art of management, but also a heart and soul of art. Only through communication can eliminate the barriers between mind and put up bridges of understanding.Reasoning education is to state the sense through various forms to the students. To enable them to distinguish right from wrong, raise awareness and strengthen moral education. Talk is the most direct and effective way in Ethics education. Conversation, also known as "talk", is a two-way communication activity. It is an important way of communication between the head teacher and students. It is one of the important methods that the head teacher uses to educate students. Through the conversations with students, head teachers can understand the child's inner world. Conversation is not only an important way of emotional communication between teachers and students but an excellent opportunity for teachers to objectively understand children's ideas, emotional state, ideals and beliefs and feelings. Ethics talk is the necessary means to make students understand the truth. When teachers teach knowledge to the students, they rely mainly on explaining. Similarly, the head teacher relies mainly on talking. The purpose of this talk is expected as the starting point. To achieve the educational goals, the head teacher uses varies methods, through the emotional expressing and understanding between the recognition.The correct talking method will cause the good performance for teacher-student relationship and helpful for students grown up. The incorrect talking method will cause failure for education. I have work as a head teacher for six years. This article discusses the ethics of the conversation in the art of education based on my experience of class management. It analyzes mainly from the principles and ways of conversation. It provides some factual basis for further research on head teacher management.
