Qinghai Entrepreneurship Education Situation And Countermeasures Research

Entrepreneurship education is a new education concept which is brought forward by western countries at the end of 1970s or 1980s. Its aim is to train students to possess the pioneering consciousness, spirit and ability. To enhance college students'pioneering consciousness, spirit and ability is the new requirement under the reform of education at Qinghai. Based on the serious employment environment, students'setting up their own business becomes another mode of career and makes economy develop faster. College students at Qinghai as the most activate pioneering group, carrying out their business plan, means a lot both in the realistic and theoretical way.This thesis based on entrepreneurship education theory, explains its connotation, aims, contents and features, discusses the relationship between entrepreneurship education and career education, uses survey and interview method to figure out current situation of entrepreneurship education, analyzes them, and finds out questions and deficiency which still remain. In order to solve these remained questions and deficiency, this thesis will introduce foreign entrepreneurship education modes and offer certain advices and proposals.The thesis includes five chapters. Chapter One gives an introduction about the purpose, meaning and method of the research. Chapter Two introduces the connotation, aims, contents and features of entrepreneurship education, and the relationship among entrepreneurship education, career education, and innovate education. Chapter Three analyzes the current situation of entrepreneurship education at colleges at Qinghai, and finds out the existing problems and causes. Chapter Four brings forward theory of foreign college entrepreneurship education mode, and learns from their experiences. Chapter Five proposes advices to the problems: reconstructing a systematic entrepreneurship education theory, building up a professorial team of teaching, designing a proper curriculum system, implementing teaching reform, creating environment, setting up an evaluation system and perfecting relevant elements.
