A Study On Guangxi Undergraduates' Entrepreneurial Capacity,Problems And Proposals For Improvement

Innovation,entrepreneurship has emerged as the main power for economic and social development in 21st century,an era good for start-up companies.China has put forward the vision to advance the capacity and establishment of independent innovation in its way to become a world economic power.As such,an array of favorable policies enables university students to start up business and innovate from central to local governments.The road to a successful business is yet quite arduous.To be winners,the students can not just rely on the relevant polices.What's more important is one's own capacity and virtue.Statistically speaking,the proportion of university graduates choose to work themselves is on average less than 1%and the rate of success cases is only even 2%or 3%.On one hand,this is because the students are not experienced enough while it is also due to the unbalance of economic development on the other side.For example,the entrepreneurship environment in Guangxi,a less developed economically province,is not as good as that in coastal provinces.That means how important to build up their capacities for university graduates in Guangxi Province.The paper analyzes the challenges and causes in the entrepreneurship development of university students in Guangxi to figure out the status quo of entrepreneurship capacities building.The goal is to offer the enabling polices for the capacity improvement.The paper makes an overall research on the entrepreneurship ability development of students in six universities of Guangxi Province in approa ches of documentary,questionnaire,interview and comparative study.First part is a theoretical introduction on entrepreneurship capacity and defines its six dimensions.The questionnaire is designed based on the dimensions to know about the capacity and education development accordingly and then the existing challenges are concluded.The root causes of development difficulties are presented in the second part after the comparative study with the foreign classical cultivation modes.The last part comes up with the suggestions effectively boosting the entrepreneurship ability of university graduates in Guangxi Province.
