This research is based on a sample of 91 college .P.E. teachers from Qinghai province and studying their career satisfaction. This essay refers to the science of management, psychology and organizational behavior. This research is done among college P.E. teacher in Qinghai province , according to many theories and approaches including the Maslow human needs theory, Two Factors Theory of Herzberg and the teachers career satisfaction survey inventory made by Chenweiqi. It is also involved many research approaches including the literature material law, interview by experts and mathematics statistics .The result of the survey is analyzed by SPSS software in the way of variance analysis and T-test .The aim of this research is to measure the factors which contributes to the college P.E teachers'career satisfaction in Qinghai and its general level .It will be clear to find out the teachers'attitudes towards their career and the problem of management on college P.E. teaching after this research . It is hoped that this essay can be a theoretical basis to the management work of college P.E. teaching.The results of the research:1. The general level of college P.E. teacher'career satisfaction is not high2. The main contributions to the college P.E. teacher'career satisfaction are work acceptance ,development & environment, the management system and working relationship .3. The demographic variables which affect the career satisfaction are sex, work experience , education level, professional title.a. Male teachers are more satisfied to their work than female teachers.b. If a teacher's service time is longer, the education level is higher and the professional title is higher .his level of career satisfaction must be higher.4. The career satisfaction of P.E. teachers can be positive prediction to organizational commitmentIgnoring the effect of demographic variables career satisfaction can greatly affect the Affective commitment , Continued , and Normative commitment , Work acceptance payments, respect , participation in decision making general satisfaction have great prediction on affective commitment ; development & environment and working relationship have prediction on continued commitment; work acceptance and general satisfaction have great prediction to normative commitment.
