Preschool education is the foundation of the basic education, in the whole educational system of the state has a pivotal role,and to achieve the level of preschool teachers and their mental state,and in which plays a crucial role.the trainee,internship period according to the interview,and kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction is not optimistic,found through literature reading and combing,research on teachers' job satisfaction mostly on university teachers,secondary school teachers,primary school teachers' job satisfaction research,little research,little research about kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction and less,which shows the social status of preschool teachers' career satisfaction has not been attached great importance to,the further development of the literature,one of the reasons of occupation satisfaction survey tools,the appeal of two prominent problems,this study through self-designed questionnaire<preschool teachers' job satisfaction questionnaire>to the kindergarten teachers in Anshan City 22 kindergarten 388conducted a questionnaire survey, to understanding Anshan City kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction,and to the situation,puts forward some to improve preschool teachers' career satisfaction of specific recommendation in addition, for future research to provide reference,in order to play a valuable role.The conclusion of the study:Anshan city kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction level is medium, in the eight dimensions of kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction and two dimensions of relationship with colleagues and work pressure in high level,and personal needs and kindergarten leadership and management dimensions relative other dimension score lower:1.Preschool teachers' personal needs,professional identity,job stress.leadership and management of the kindergarten,teacher resources,and work environment are significant regional differences.2.In Anshan city kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction in all dimensions,the three ages of preschool teachers in personal needs,professional identity,kindergarten leadership and management, working pressure, colleague relationship dimensions exist significant differences.3.Different seniority of professional identity,job stress,and work ability dimensions are significant difference.4.Children with different professional titles in the identity and kindergarten leadership and management,there is a significant difference.5.Different degrees of professional identity and personal needs of the dimensions of the existence of significant differences.Suggestions:1.government should increase the financial input of the kindergarten.2.Kindergarten managers should continuously improve the management level.3.Kindergarten teachers should constantly improve their professional quality.
