Teacher is one of the most high-risk of job burnout, especially the middle school teachers. Foreign studies show that the quality of individual psychosocial work environment makes an important influence to generate the job burnout. However, at present, there is not systematically study that there is relationship between the middle school teachers' psychosocial work environment and job burnout. This paper focuses on the relationship between the middle school teachers'psychosocial work environment and job burnout.Job content questionair, effort-reward imbal-ance questionnaire and MBI-educators survey are used to investigate the middle school teachers'psychosocial work environment and job burnout. Through the average difference test, analysis of variance and regression analysis, the conclusion can be made as followings:1,The phenomenon of middle school teachers'job burnout exists prevalence, which is medium, and half of the teachers'psychosocial work environment is in a bad state.2,Different gender, age, post, education background, professional title, subjects and regions have the most significantly different dimensions in middle school teachers' psychosocial work environment and the job burnout.3,Job requirement, job autonomous and social support is significantly associated to job burnout. There is a positive relation between the dimension of internal investment and emotional exhausted and the dimension of deindividualization. External payout, internal investment, social support and job requirement have a good predict to emotional exhausted; external payout, social support, internal investment and job requirement have a good predict to deindividualization; and social support and job requirement have a good predict to the sense of achievement.Combining the study of this paper and the study before, suggestions are given to how to optimize teachers'psychosocial work environment through society, organization and individual to remit the middle school teachers'job burnout.
