In recent years,the public and news media have paid more and more attention to the group of minor children of prisoners.According to the survey data of the Ministry of justice,some experts estimated that the number of minor children of prisoners was about 690000 by 2018.[minor children of prisoners should not be factual orphans.The number of minor children of prisoners is huge,and they do not receive enough social support at present.Some minors have no children to raise because their parents are inside the high wall and lack care.However,the minor children of prisoners are different from the actual orphans in the general sense(such as both parents are seriously disabled and ill,unable to support,lost contact with their parents,etc.),they not only have no parents to accompany them,but also lack social attention and assistance.They are labeled as "criminal children" and become marginalized children,facing role identity,family life Due to the pressure and challenges caused by the changes of social environment and educational resources,there are psychological deviations such as indifferent parent-child relationship,low self-esteem and self-confidence,vague sense of identity,unclear self-awareness and so on.As an important psychological quality,psychosocial ability is the basic guarantee for individual self-development,maintaining physical and mental health and adapting to life,[Zeng Tiande,Zhu Shuying,Chen Ming.Compilation of the scale of minors’ psychosocial ability [J]Psychology and behavior research,2015.] It aims to fundamentally enable individuals to achieve healthy development by improving their psychosocial ability.After their parents serve their sentences,the minor children of prisoners will not only face problems in basic life care and education,but also have a great change in their psychological state and external performance.The improvement of psychosocial ability can better help the minor children of prisoners achieve better development.Therefore,under the guidance of psychosocial treatment mode,this study aims to give full play to the advantages of social work and provide a new theoretical research perspective for the case service of minor children of prisoners;At the same time,it provides theoretical support for the improvement of psychosocial ability.On the basis of enhancing the improvement of psychosocial ability of minor children of prisoners,it improves its external environment system and provides a long-term and stable social environment for the improvement of psychosocial ability.This study takes the minor children of Y prisoners served by D institutions in C City as the research object.Through field observation and interview,we understand the basic environmental system of the service object and the problems and needs of the case owner,supplemented by self-evaluation scales such as Core Self-evaluation Scale,self-esteem scale and adolescent social support scale.On this basis,taking the psychosocial treatment model as the framework,this paper discusses how to give full play to the advantages of social work in the improvement of psychosocial ability of minor children of prisoners under the guidance of psychosocial treatment model from the two levels of personality system and environmental system,as well as emotional management,interpersonal communication and communication,self cognition and social adaptation.Through analysis and discussion,the study found that the following:(1)The psychosocial treatment model emphasizes the concept of "people in the context" and other concepts to help us comprehensively analyze the needs of service recipients,breaking the previous impact of single support on the stability and sustainability of service effects.(2)The improvement of psychosocial ability has a great impact on minors,and the intervention of social work can achieve better results,so it is necessary and feasible to provide case services for psychosocial ability for minor children of prisoners.(3)Psychosocial ability is the result of the joint action of a variety of factors,and we still need to make efforts in many ways to improve the psychosocial ability of minor children of prisoners.Specifically,we must improve the support system for the minor children of prisoners in the family,community,school,society,etc.,establish a multi-party participation assistance and support mechanism,create a good environmental system for them,and promote the improvement of their social interaction and social adaptation capabilities,so as to improve the psychosocial ability and living standards of the minor children of prisoners in all aspects.
