As the reform of the economic system unceasingly intensifies, the higher education in China also experiences several transitions, such as transition of operation mode from planned economy oriented one to socialistic market economy oriented one, transition from elite education to mass education and transition of employment structure from "unified distribution" to "two-way choice and independent job-choosing". The transformation of social economy system affected a series of changes in systems of other fields, meanwhile, it also brought challenges and difficulties to graduate's employment, which needs to be settled down urgently at present. So one of the most important approaches to solve this problem is to train and help college students to establish proper conception of employment and it is also a premise and guarantee for bettering the employment work in colleges and universities. To intensify the training of college students'conception of employment is of vital significance to students'study, growth and individual development, to the development of colleges and universities and further to realize the great strategy of transiting to a country of profound human resources. By surveying the students with questionnaire within a certain range, this easy, based on actual data, theoretically analyzes the factors of influencing college students'conception of employment and proposes advice and countermeasures to strengthen the training of college students' employment conception.In all, this essay includes the following five chapters:ChapterⅠ, as preface, mainly introduces the background and significance of this subject, reviews the research status of the training of college students'conception of employment both at home and abroad and finally expounds the content and approaches; ChapterⅡelaborates some definitions relating to college students'employment and analyzes relations among them; In ChapterⅢ, it proposes contradiction existing in college students'conception of employment and makes a brief analysis by introducing investigation result of this field; ChapterⅣis a part to analyze the restraints and influence on the training of college students'conception of employment from political and social factor, college factor, family factor and students themselves; the last part, ChapterⅤ, brings forward the countermeasures to enhance the training of employment conception. With the restraints mentioned in previous chapter, the countermeasures here are some specific ways to strengthen the training of employment conception proposed from four aspects of government, college, family and student.
