Female College Graduate Employment Situation Analysis And Countermeasures

The female college students of employment is basic form about they take part in socioeconomic development, who obtain the same power with male student. It is significant condition that the female college students own their independent personality. In addition, their subsistence situation consistently associates with economic development.Because of historical and other reasons, female college students meet special difficulties in the way applying for a job. The problem of expecting obtaining employment which is an important cause influences them, holding the identity of group. As a special group the female students is about to come upon the stage, the expectation of obtaining employment characterize differently others.This essay utilize the SPSS method of statistical analysis to make the recapitulative description and the analysis of characters for the situation of the Hubei University of subordinate female college graduates' expectation about obtaining the employment. Combining to the investment of the actual salary and position of female college graduates, who are already had signed the contract with the companies, the essay expatiates the relative factors, which draws some effect on the expectation of the students. According to the research, the factors include impersonal social environmental issue and the personal reason of the individual. Connected and restricted from each other, the factors are affect female college graduates' expectation about obtaining the employment together.In this paper, the author, according to the relative theories about educational economics and in existing condition analysis and theoretical explanation, submits the solution and suggestion to leading them to make the rational expectation of obtaining employment ,and make the assumption for the next step of researching work through the four significant aspects: promote the harmonious development of economics and society; assist the female college students to prepare ; make education strategy for female ; the university should pay attention on the tutoring part.
