ET is a newly established technology that studies brain function and it's a new type of EEG analyser that uses brain function analyser to determine the variation of neurotransmitter in the brain. It mainly includes GABA,Glu,AchR,Ach,5- HT,NE and DA. We use brain function analyser, which is also called encephalofluctuograph technology as our researching tool and have selected 30 college students who don't have sports speciality, among whom are 15 male and 15 famale. To insure the smooth proceeding of the experiment, the testee are forbidden to use central drug, alcoholic drinks and bracer 24 hours before the experiment for a normal sleep. And they should clean their hair the day before the experiment. The signal acquisition of ET will be automatically off in 18 minutes and what comes next is the data processing. Data processing finished, the ET report can be printed which includes Alpha competitive figure,Entropy,S spectral lines(series)and scattergram,S spectrum score,the evaluation of brain function,EEG power spectra, etc.In recent years,people always take exercise to keep healthy. And this health concept has transformed from physical health only to a trinity of physical health, meantal health and the improvement of social adaptability. Nowadays, with the development of our society, economy and people's living condition, people's view of health has changed greatly. Therefore, the research on people doing physical exercise to keep fit as well as the ralated articles increases not only on quantity but also on quality. The researches on mental health before were mainly done through scale and common apparatus.The number of using brain function analyser to study mental problems increases in magazines about mental science. However, it was discovered by consulting great deal of documents that the research of using precise brain function analyser to study the variation of neurotransmitter in the brain after physical exercise was rare. The author holds the view that research on this is significant to recognize the relation between scientific exercise and mental health by a deeper and more scientific revelation of the changing laws of the cerebral cortex neurotransmitters.Therefore, the author wants to study the changing features of brain neurotransmitter by comparing college students before and after taking physical exercise, also find out the changing laws of neurotransmitter and its research meaning on mental health . It can also provide reference material for a deeper research on the relation between physical exercise and neurotransmitter. In the meantime, it offers quantitative index for both Optimization of controlling the strength of sportsman training and researches on physical exercise and emotion changes. Through studying college students taking physical exercise and the responding features of neurotransmitter, it will be easier to master the inner mechanics of the brain and provide certain reference material for scientific guiding the practice of physical exercise.The elementary conclusion are as follows:1. Comparing the measurement before the experiment with the expected measurement of the 30 testee's brain neurotransmitter, GABA,GA,Ach,5-HT,Ach,DA are all in the expected range, but NE is under the expected measurement is far beyond the expected measurement range. 2. After 8 weeks'exercise, male students'GABA,GA,Ach are all higer than that before the experiment. However, after the analysis, it's found that only the variation of GABA,GA P is obvious. Although Ach have also risen, the variation is not obvious.3. After 8 weeks'exercise, female students'Ach,5-HT,Ach,NE are higer than that before the experiment.However, after the analysis, it's found that only the variation of Ach,5-HT,NE is obvious. Although Ach has risen, the variation is not obvious. 4. After 8 weeks'exercise, female students'GABA,Glu,DA are lower than that before the experiment.However, after the analysis, it's found that only the variation of GA is obvious and that of GABA and DA is not obvious.
