The arrival of information age brings us unprecedented opportunity. With education informationiation brought into all walks of academic realms in the period of transformation of the society, the various types of talented persons educated by educational technology should satisfy the requirement of education informationiation in some sense. At the same time, more and more attentions were paid in educational technology. According to rough statistics, there are more than 240 universities or colleges have this specialty and 84 of these can further master degree, 9 can further doctor degree. The rapid development of educational technology has caught up with the steps of computer science, so that it has been one of the fastest developing specialties. However, a lot of problems were turned up in this realm. Therefore, it is in urgent need to solve the problem of talented persons` cultivation in educational technology.Only school education is benefit to talented persons` cultivation and the culture system is the focus of school education. Therefore, from different educational outlooks of values between Chinese and American, this research compares and analyzes the training objectives, course contents, content organization set in our country and curriculum names, the focus points, research directions of teachers, career opportunities set in America. As is well known for us all, a stone from other hills may serve to polish the jade of this one. According to the merits and shortcomings of these two countries, the systematic principles of curriculum offering, the necessary professional capability of educational technology in our country, China's national and educational conditions, the new model of curriculum offering was put forward in order to improve the quality of talented persons and offer references for sequential research, which is the most important.The comparison analysis, case analysis, questionnaire survey, statistical method was used in this research. The first chapter shows the current training researches in USA and China according to the definition and development of educational technology. The second chapter shows the present situations of educational technology of graduated students between these two countries. The third chapter shows the characteristics of the two culture systems. And then compare the differences and similarities. At last, the forth chapter shows the new suggestions of culture system for our country for future use.
