This study is to investigate the family cultural capital status in different level of children language development in rural area, and discuss the influence relationship and operation between these two factors. The research is based on Bourdieu's theory of cultural reproduction, confirmed by investigations to verify and improved; while rural parents go through the use of family culture capital more effectively provides recommendations for children's language development.The research is divided into two major parts, five chapters to expand. The first part is literature research includes early literature reading, early literature review, and theoretical research. This part of the study makes clear the research problems of this study, establishes a framework for the research and lays the interpretation of results base for empirical studies. The second part is empirical research includes the compilation of the questionnaires and the specific research, data recovery analysis, the results of the analysis and discussion. This part of the research launches in the theory guidance foundation, at the same time, it goes through empirical data and the specific background status of the theory is verified and supplemented.The first three chapters belong to the first part research. The first chapter is focus on introducing the origin of this study, the individual development of language has already become an important influence factor of school success. Through the literature review on family cultural capital affects on the children to obtain the way and effects that family cultural capital affects on children language development. And clear the main problems of this study.The second chapter mainly introduces the basis for study which is Bourdieu's theory of cultural reproduction and Bernstain's code theory. These two perspectives and propositions lay the interpretation framework of the research framework and results for the study. Chapter Three highlights the framework and method of the whole research.The second part of the research includes Chapter four and Chapter five. Chapter Four is based on an empirical investigation in data entry and analysis. It goes on into four aspects to obtain some quantitative results: first, from different levels of language development status of children in family cultural capital. Second, the relationship between family cultural capital and children's language development. Third, relations between each factor within family cultural capital. At last, the relationship between family cultural capital and family environment. The last chapter draws the conclusion of this study that is based on the results of these data, and prior to the combination of theoretical basis for interpreting and discussing of the results.
