Years ago, many teachers to"the conscience of teachers doing a live",that is regarded as to the reason that more than teach students some knowledge. that is, to make the responsibility of a teacher. With the new curriculum reforms. a growing emphasis on the effectiveness of teaching , and gradually developed into a science. In the new era, the implementation of effective teaching has become an inevitable trend, but also produced a number of effective measures, but because of objective conditions, what to do to achieve effective teaching, how to really put this idea into implemented or are currently the focus of many teachers. How can we spend the least time and maximize the effectiveness of teaching, this is still a lot of issues of particular concern to classroom teachers. Because there are still teaching this phenomenon: classroom teaching goals are not clear; cooperation formalized, falsified; training exercises with the language instead of language learning ... ...These phenomena are instructions: to think deeply effective teaching is essential. The so-called"effective", mainly refers to a period of time by teachers teaching, students receive specific progress or development. In short, good or bad a class is important to see that one of the main lesson; the development of students or not. If you pass this class of teaching, students learn the knowledge, been inspired to have a profound impact on students, the students have been developed, it is a good lesson. Therefore, as teachers we need from the education ideas, subject knowledge, education, wit, education means and details of other aspects of the classroom fully prepared and thinking on a variety of classroom situations that may arise should also consider the place, we can in the classroom to changes at all, as far as possible in the classroom to achieve the unity of default and generated to ensure that the classroom three goals.
