Since the 90s of the 20th century, because of the rapid development of modern information technology that profound impact on social life and information literacy has become a basic survival requirement of each person. Full advantage of the use of information technology, integration of information technology and subject reformed the traditional class teaching, to improve the teaching quality is necessary.Based on the theory study, the author chooses the first principles of instruction for the guiding theory of integration between information technology and "history and society".According to our teaching practice and reflection,this article try to explore a new teaching model of integration between information technology and "history and society", try to explain the effectiveness of the history and society teaching&learning in modern information technology environment.The article presents the understanding and awareness of the "integration" from the aspects such as the theoretical support, subject characteristics, teacher quality, student's status and effectiveness of information technology, try to make it clear that the core elements and its role&status in integration of information technology and subject. then organic integrate various elements in the teaching systemic design,so to improve teaching efficiency and realize the integration of teaching value.
