School is the special organization of educational and cultivated,it has to carry a lot of Respectable Society and requestion. Teachers have huge history mission and burdensome. Presently, a good many teachers have been in the over-worked status. the professional pressure is excess. Besides all the above will have a extremely bad effect on the teachers' teaching process, The students are complex and difficult to educate; the teaching duty is burdensome; the society respects teachers insufficiently, causing the teachers a lot of trouble, for example, they can't feel the joy of success and their profession satisfactions. Working state of teacher even affecting the quality of Education for All-around Development. Just for the sake of the need for practice, the writer surveyed teachers in Primary School to discuss the factors affecting the teachers'senses of success.Through investigating discovery:there are several factors influencing the teachers' senses of success in Primary schools. The first factor is school factors, like the rules of school, working conditions, interactive support system of school, the school spirit, the relation of teachers and students. The second one is support system of society, like family support and friend support. The third one is the educational background. The fourth one is teaching experience.In view of the above factors, the essay proposed the following measures to enhance the teachers' senses of success, namely self adjustments, family supports, establishment of a good interpersonal environment, democratic school managements, attention to teachers' career developments, advance of school prestige, measures to alleviate teachers' professional pressure, avoidance of teachers' over-worked status, improvement of teachers'social positions and understanding and respect from the whole society.
