This research theoretically assumes the structure of teachers’ sense of satisfaction possesses 5 factors. In the theoretical assumption, the dimension---“Social Support” comes from colleagues, leaders and students. Therefore, the questionnaire composes 7 parts, 36 items. The 7 parts are: organization commitment, colleagues’ relationship, job attraction, body health, working achievement, working motivation and relationships with leaders. The research examined the reliability and investigated teachers’ sense of satisfaction in NanMing Elementary School. Besides, the influences of some variables like, sex, age, teaching age, subjects, whether a head teacher or not, and whether a leading teacher or not, are analyzed. Accordingly, some suggestions are offered. The results are:(1) Male teachers and female teachers show significant difference on working achievement and working motivation. The latter are remarkably happier.(2) 30-40 year’s old teachers are significantly less healthy than other groups.(3) The teachers with 30 or above teaching years get significant lower marks on organization commitment and colleague relationship while the teachers with 16-29 teaching years have significantly higher working achievement than other groups.(4)The teachers teaching Chinese get remarkably high marks on organization commitment, working achievement, working motivation and relationship with leaders.(5)With regard to the factor of relationship with leaders, head teachers are significantly better than others.(6) Leading teachers enjoy higher working achievement than non-leading teachers.
