With the development of curriculum reform of basic education in China, teacher-student dialogue in class has become the focus of attention. It is a main and important way of dialogue teaching conducted on the implementation of teaching practice in class. This study was done from the perspective of teacher-student dialogue practice in class, focused on partial classes of two junior middle schools in Changchun and implementation of teacher-student dialogue in class.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, including the four areas: research reason, literature review, purpose and significance of the study and research methods. The second part is theoretical analysis of the classteacher-student dialogue, including four parts: first, sort out the related basic theories supporting the class teacher-student dialogue by literature; second, explore the philosophical sense, content and features of dialogue; third, analyze the sense of dialogue in pedagogy and the content and characteristics of dialogue teaching; fourth, define the connotation and characteristics teacher-student dialogue of biological class. The third part is the observation and analysis of teacher-student dialogue status in biology class of junior high school, through in-class observation and after-class interviews, researching on six aspects such as main question body leading the dialogue, content, type, ways, teachers'feedback and environmental of teacher-student dialogue; further sum the actual problems in teacher-student dialogue of class, including questions raised principal balance, wrong ways, students'low ability, environment needs to be improved; and then analysis the factors affecting teacher-student dialogue in biology class of junior high school based on these. Effective strategies were given to improve teacher-student dialogue in biology class of junior high school in the fourth part, including changing the concept of teacher dialogue, improving the awareness of the students, enhancing teachers'knowledge literacy and teaching ability, developing abilities of the students, optimizing environment of effective dialogue, giving sufficient time and space, creating relaxed, harmonious and democracy atmosphere and building sincere, trust and harmonious teacher-student relationship.
