With the deepening of the new round elementary educational reform, theteacher-student dialogue in class has arisen many people’s attention.Theteacher-student dialogue accords with the needs of students. It is a common teachingbehavior in class, which can greatly stimulate students’ interests in learning, deepenstudents’ understanding of the task, and build harmonious relationship betweenteachers and students.Besides,the teacher-student dialogue can also promote thecommon development of teachers and students in the process.At present, although theconsciousness of using teaching-dialogue in class has generally increased,teachers andstudents have a inadequate understanding of "dialogue". The dialogue in class oftenbecomes a mere formality, the quality of dialogue in class is not good.So in thisessay,the writer wants to analyze and construct a teacher-student dialogue theory,combining the reality of the typical classroom teaching, to explore a practical way ofimproving the quality of dialogues between teachers and students.Chapter One is introduction.Chapter Two analyzes and summarizes the concept,feature and fuction of"dialogue" between teachers and students in the teaching process.Chapter Three analyzes the theoretical and realistic basis of dialogue-applicationbetween teachers and students in junior high school English class.Chapter Four, taking Chongqing Foreign Language School as a typicalcase,studies the implementation of dialogues between teachers and students in itsjunior high school English class, analyzes and sums up the problems in theapplication,and then discusses the causes of these problems.The last chapter is to put forward some suggestions and strategies to improve thequality and effectiveness of the “dialogue” between teachers and students.
