Multimedia and network technology advances,and promote the further development of educational information,all kinds of learning resources have been set up,such as swept the world MOOCS,China’s national,provincial quality courses website,which is essentially a learning resource library category.The main function of the learning resource library is to store and manage all kinds of learning resources,which is the core part of the network education.It covers almost all the contents and brings a lot of convenience for the human society.At present,the number and types of learning resources in China are more,but mainly focus on colleges and universities.Most of the groups are college students and adults who have continued their studies.There is no learning resource library for children left behind.The left-behind children in rural areas is a special group with a population size of 61 million.It is a painful movement of Chinese society.Studies have shown that rural children left behind in school have had problems such as ambiguity and ambiguity in learning.It is of practical significance to establish a special learning resource base,to improve the learning motivation of children left behind in rural areas,to improve the academic performance and social identity of left-behind children in rural areas.The main research work of this paper is to summarize and summarize the characteristics and influencing factors of learning motivation of left-behind children.The questionnaire survey on the influencing factors of learning motivation of left-behind children in rural areas is aimed at the research of motivating strategies of children left behind in rural areas Collection,special learning resource library specific function module implementation.The whole paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,the background,meaning,research method,research content,domestic and foreign research status of the thesis are discussed.Chapter 2 is the conceptual definition and theoretical basis.The concept defines the children left behind in rural areas,learning motivation and learning resource base.The theoretical basis mainly discusses the research theory of learning motivation as the guiding ideology of resource library construction.The third chapter analyzes the motivational strategies of the children left behind in the rural areas,summarizes the characteristics and influencing factors of the children left behind in the rural areas,and integrates the motivating strategies of the left-behind children,that is,the contents of the resource library construction.Based on the research of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3,the paper analyzes the specific functional requirements of the learning resource base and the principles of resource library construction,and constructs the overall framework of the resource library system.Chapter 5 learning resource library system implementation,theory with practice,to Miscrosof visual sudio 2010 as a development tool to c# for the development of language to SQL Serve 2010 to establish a database to achieve the division of the module upload,download,commentandother functions,And completed the system test and debugging.Chapter 6,on the basis of reviewing the full text,discusses the innovation and system of this paper,and makes a prospect for the future research.
