Research On Construction Strategy Of Learning Resource In Modern Distance Education About DLRTVU

With the fast development of science and technology, educational informatization has become the mainstream of international education. Speeding up the development of educational informatization is the need for achieving educational modernity. It also becomes a necessity for promoting the education for all-round development. So only expediting the educational informatization's progress, can we adapt to the now times.Modern distance education, as a new education style, is the efficient way to construct learning for life system in the era of knowledge economy. It can ensure the instruction between distance teaching and distance learning. Learning resource, as a main component for distance learner, becomes the key factor to impact distance learning and put the distance education in practice. In this paper, we first dwell upon the distance education's meaning and characters, and reflect the problem on building up the learning resource of Dalian Radio and TV University, at last put forward d the pertinent strategies for learning resource.
