In recent years, teachers’professional development is persistently concerned by both government and social research, with the promulgation of new curriculum standards, and the further increase of efforts to education and teaching reform, ICT has become the breakthrough point and the commanding heights of the effective implementation of the new curriculum. ICT intergrated into curriculum become an important way to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching effectively, but also an important guarantee for the full implementation of the new curriculum. As the ultimate implementers of information technology and curriculum integration, teachers have become the center of the reform. Of all sizes and levels of teaching and research, and education reform depends largely on the quality of teachers and teaching effectiveness. Therefore, teachers’ professional development and the building of teachers’capacity become the top priority in systemic education reform. In recent years, based on classroom behavior analysis to carry out teaching and research, the emerging domestic and international teaching theory and project practice, this both a good combination of video analysis of classroom teaching has a very broad capacity development as teachers of technical means prospects.In this study, high school teachers in Shaanxi Province, multi-dimensional analysis of the selection of teachers teaching cases. In practice, from the perspective of case studies, using a classroom teaching video encoding strategy into comprehensive analysis of teachers’ classroom teaching with emphasis on the characteristics of the physical classroom teachers and students interact with the vision of information technology and curriculum integration, classroom technology interaction behavior characteristics and validity. Summarized on the basis of quantitative analysis and qualitative research, the prominent characteristics of the high school teachers information teaching ability, and put forward reasonable proposals for development and improve the teaching ability of high school teachers of information technology and on this basis. The main content of this study:Chapter1, from the research questions of the proposed background research purpose and significance, research ideas, etc. In this study, commence described, and for the related concept (including teaching ability and skills, education technology capacity and information technology capacity, information technology teaching ability) are described to clarify the terminology involved in the article.Chapter2, the literature search practice project on teacher education, teacher professional development and training of teacher capability. Focus on the United States PACT project, the U.S. National Center for Education Statistics Teacher Preparation and Teachers’ Professional Development Report, as well as the domestic country training program in Guangdong Province are outlined and described in the literature on the statistical basis for Research.Chapter3, to commence statements from both the theoretical basis of this study and methodological tools, which, the theoretical basis of the theory of teachers’ professional development, teaching communication theory and situated cognition theory; methods and tools, including IT-based interactive analysis system (ITIAS) and the ELAN and Anvil video annotation tools.Chapter4explains the research base, initially proposed hypotheses, determine the object of study and research on the specific implementation process of the study. Determine the object of study to the three teachers as a case study, literature study method, case study method in class analysis and mathematical statistics as the main research methods, to complete the design of this study under the guidance of De Vaus course of the study logical ring.Chapter5for Lesson data to analyze the proposed three-dimensional analysis point of view of classroom teaching, classroom timing analysis, ITIAS matrix analysis and the analysis of the three methods based on the dynamic characteristics of ITIAS of the Chen method super teacher, Wang Yong, a teacher, and Gao Jianping teacher’s classroom teaching videos to analyze, and tap the raw data information processing interpretation of good data support for the formation of conclusions on the basis of such information.Chapter6, according to the results of the analysis concluded, but also the results of the cases observed:a, classroom structural integrity and continuity of teaching; classroom interaction forms a single, life and inadequate interaction, collaborative learning absence, teacher understanding of technology more mature. Combined with a comprehensive analysis of the results, classroom performance of teachers in information technology teaching ability, five proposals:the creation of democratic equality in the classroom teaching environment, and encourage students to take the initiative to express a personal point of view; designed the class to ask questions, improve teacher-student interaction; well-designed classroom tasks, improve the effectiveness of student participation; the rational use of silence, and promote students’ thinking; to reduce the technical control, decentralization students operating.
