Develop students ability to solve problems of basic education curriculum reform in China will focus on development of the times necessary, is essential to the development of students. Currently, the "problem solving" has become an important teaching elementary school mathematics content, our "full-time compulsory education in mathematics curriculum standards" to "problem solving" and "knowledge and skills," "mathematical thinking", "emotion and attitude" together as Four compulsory mathematics curriculum objectives, and proposed should enable students to realize that real life contains a large number of mathematical information, to actively use their mathematical knowledge to solve real life problems, give full play to the value of mathematical tools. Shows the importance of solving the problem.This study was designed to study elementary school mathematics topics to stimulate student interest in learning; the development of their thinking; to acquire knowledge and skills in the process of formation; develop students awareness of the problem, application awareness; understand the value of mathematics; develop students awareness of innovation and practical ability; students sense of cooperation.Primary issues on the status and awareness of analysis to determine the research questions, research method, the object of study and action research the implementation of the program. Select from the topics, topics you want to follow the principles and specific practices in such areas as action research.Purpose of the study point to two aspects of the theory and practice, research results can not only enrich the theoretical research in related fields, but also provide the majority of teachers teaching the case for reference, and promote problem-solving ability of students research and practice.The thesis is divided into five parts, the first major introduction of the problem, research the background, meaning and value of research questions and methods. The second part is the file review, from school children to solve the problem of content and composition, thematic studies and mathematical relationship between problem-solving abilities, the use of special problem-solving skills to students the reasons discussed in three aspects. The third part is to determine the object of study and research and the fourth part is the implementation of the action research program, from topic selection, topic selection principles and lessons to be arranged, the specific approach described four aspects. The fifth section presents conclusions of the study and reflection.
