With the rapid development of todayâ€™s world economy, mathematics is constantly and widely used in all aspects of social life, so the world is also deepening the attention towards the teaching of high school mathematics word problems now. According to the aim of the new curriculum standard, it explicitly put forward strengthening the application consciousness of high school studentâ€™s mathematics, then must strengthen the classroom teaching of high school mathematics word problems, in order to train their consciousness of mathematics application. The high school mathematics word problems is the key to the college entrance examination, but education experts, even a glimmer of teachers of high school have little study about in-depth study of mathematics word problems. So this article is on the basis of forefathersâ€™research, mainly about the investigation and research of the ability to solve problems of high school mathematics application.This study uses the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and content analysis method of combining research methods, to the lighthouse, the first senior high school studentsâ€™mathematics application problem-solving ability status were investigated and analyzed.The basic conclusions are as follows:On the whole, rural high students with learning difficulties students more, for implicit mathematics application problem, reading comprehension and translation is difficult to, can not find the idea, not column type, most of them are afraid of doing mathematics application problem. Better results in studentsâ€™problem-solving methods and strategies and their metacognitive ability, reading comprehension ability is good, for the types of problems is also very understanding, can be a very good use of known build mathematical model, ability of the machining operation very well. And secondary students solving mathematics application problem only by experience and metacognitive ability is not strong, generally, reading ability, only to understand the questions Iâ€™ve ever seen can extract keywords, establish general competency model and processing skills in general. But the proportion of students who have the characteristics of the top students and the students of the secondary school students is smaller. But the fact is, most of the students in rural high school are difficult, especially for the study of mathematics. These students solve math problems, more is blindness, canâ€™t really understand, reading ability is poor, canâ€™t really read the topic type, not accurate were mathematical modeling and machining operation ability is poor.On the basis of this, the related factors that affect the ability of rural senior high school students to solve the problem of mathematical ability are obtained, and the corresponding strategies are put forward. |
