Basic education curriculum reform does not only inject new teaching idea and vigor into the schools and teachers'team, but also puts forward new requirements for the school's sustainable development and teacher's professional development. School-based teaching research is born and springing up which will benefits the school and teachers' scientific development, it adapts to the demand of basic education reform, has formed new research mode and become the basic ways of learning and development of teachers.School-based teaching research is based on school, which treats school as rearch base, looks upon teachers as the main body of reasearch and regards practical problems met in instruction as research object. "For schools, based on school, in school", this assertion has been taken as common sense of school-based teaching research, but it will generate numberless research management, implement method and strategy. School-based teaching research depends on the scientific and effective management of school's instructional research mechanism, the improvement of the teachers'overall quality and positive rational mentality. The administrative staff and faculty must set up the correct concept of school-based teaching research, or we will not establish the characteristic and effective school-based teaching research system. Nowadays elementary school is undertaking some research project of instruction, but the effective integrtion does not see more.This study takes case research as its main research method, and comprehensively uses qualitative research method such as observation, expert interview. It will introduce the research experience of Chongkou School in Guangzhou which successfully participates in the subject Elementary education leapping-development creative trial , and provide effective strategy of integrating subject into school-based teaching research. That will promote other schools'development and effective implementation of school-based teaching research led by subject.Firstly,the connotation and mode of school-based teaching research put forward by domestic and overseas scholars will be introduced through literature investigation. On this basis, the concept of school-based teaching research led by subject will be produced; Secondly, the details of the case school which takes part in the subject will be introduced; Thirdly, I will inquire the mothod of building research mechanism on the basis of the case school; Fouthly, I will analyse the strategy of determining research target, the mothod and strategy of implementation school-based teaching research. Case study, observation and interview will be used in this phase; Finally, I will analyse the shortages of this research which appear in the case school and briefly debate the reasons, on this basis, put forward some countermeasures and future prospects.
